EARS is committed to providing training and support to different campus communities. Through Workshops, EARS educates different groups on topics related to empathy, communication, and connection. Workshops are tailored to meet the needs and size of your group. These Workshops include role-plays and exercises to practice active listening, empathy, and supportive communication skills. 

EARS Workshops have the option to be offered in person or virtually for Fall 2022!

An example of the Workshop curriculum:

  • Body language and attending behaviors

  • Effective communication approaches
