3rd Annual Mental Health Conference
You are invited to join EARS (and many other Cornell, Ithaca, and national organizations!) for our 3rd annual mental health conference!
EARS’s third mental health conference aims to help attendees find balance between self-care, caring for loved ones, and caring for community members in need. We will be listening to experts (affiliated with Cornell, and nonaffiliated) discuss mental health-related issues such as imposter syndrome, seasonal depression, burnout, and dealing with negative news. Next, we will have a tabling event featuring many organizations related to physical wellbeing (fitness & exercise), connecting to nature, local volunteering opportunities, the science behind empathy, and empathy and neurodivergence. Delicious Statler-catered food will be served during the event. We are so excited to conclude this academic year with an event that can bring mental health awareness and discussion to a broader audience. We hope to see you there!
